I am an intimate wedding/elopement photographer based in Fresno, California living with my husband Giovanni and our rescue pup, Hazel. I take my friendships very seriously, nature is my happy place, and I'm a hopeless romantic.
I really can’t describe the amount of heart I have put into this job. It has become a very large part of who I am, and as an artist I am very attached to what I create and what I capture.
I feel as if I get to see the world differently than other people. Capturing moments that could so easily slip through the cracks and be forgotten is what drives me.
After each shoot I leave feeling rejuvenated and excited. I get to watch people fall in love and photograph romance and immeasurable happiness. This is a job?? Pretty freaking rad if you ask me.

04.03.19. The day I married my best friend was the best decision I could make, and would make again a million times over.
It was funny because we become “official” on April 13th seven years prior. Everyone seems to think that thirteen is an unlucky number. Well, for us, April 13th that year fell on a Saturday and so we spent our seven-year anniversary getting married! Sounds pretty lucky to me. ;-)
This is my pup Hazel (we call her Hazelnut); she’s our fur baby and adventure travel buddy!
Gio and I always pictured having a dog as part of our family and lifestyle. We knew we both wanted to rescue and so we went to countless shelters and puppy adoption events before finding the right fit for us. We fell in LOVE when we saw Hazel’s photo on Petfinder.com and knew right away she was our pup. We adopted her at four months old from Wags and Whiskers rescue in Chico, and are so happy we get to love on her everyday! I mean, how can you resist those stripes and spots?!
I was born in Romania and moved to America when I was four years old. Amazingly I am still conversational and can still speak and write in the language!
I have my parents to thank for that, as growing up, they would always speak to my brother and I in Romanian -- and even though we'd mostly reply back in English, it kept the language alive for us.
At a very young age, I received one of those toy keyboards that had only about 32 keys. I took to it really quickly and started playing Beethoven's Für Elise by ear. It wasn't long before my mom saw potential in my musical ear and signed me up for piano classes.
I took lessons for about 6 years and after quitting at the end of high school, I picked up the acoustic guitar and learned that on my own using the musical background I gained from piano. Fun fact: this photo was taken on my prom night before I headed out -- hence the over dramatic attire. xD
Family > everything. Life has so much more meaning when you're surrounded by people who love and support you unconditionally. Gio and I both value spending time with family and it's always been an important factor and high priority on our list. It's something we both cherish so much -- we're both blessed with such amazing families and that's something we wholeheartedly cherish and never take for granted. <3
