Refund Policy
Original Painting Returns
I want you to be delighted with your new painting. Please take the time to read my listing descriptions carefully, and check colors on different screens if color variation is a concern. I attempt to photograph each piece of work to capture it’s most honest, and true-to-life color representation, but realize the colors may vary slightly in person. If you aren't 100% satisfied, please notify me within 3 days of receiving your artwork. You may return your art in perfect condition in its original packaging at your expense for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must pay to insure your return for the value of the painting and use a tracking method.
